We do not accept any cancellations for ebooks after the payment is processed.
Only provided in select cases as stated below:
– Customer paid more than the stated price.
– The coupon code did not work due to technical reasons.
All refunds as per our Refund Policy will be processed within 24 hours but can take up to 14 working days for the transfer to be completed.
*Please note: We reserve the right to refund the extra amount as store credit.
If a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately at email@example.com. For online payments, a refund request needs to be submitted for issuance of refund as store credit. This can be used towards future purchases for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
Customers can cancel their order within 15 minutes of the order being placed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For credit card payments, refunds will be made back to the credit card used as the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.
Product can be returned only if a print defect is identified. For any items returned, we do not refund delivery charges.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately with a phone call and email. Your card will not be charged for the same. Our team will also suggest alternative or substitute options.
